Dental insurance can be confusing, can’t it? Some companies cover 20% of a procedure, while other companies cover 100% of the same procedure. At Aponia Dental, we want to make things easy for you. We accept assignment from your insurance companies, and preauthorization can usually be done in advance. If we do not receive preauthorization from your insurance company, a 25% deposit or credit card on file may be required while we wait on their approval. We understand it can be difficult to understand what is covered by your insurance policies, and we are happy to help you. Please note that we may not always be able to confirm your information due to insurance companies’ hours of operation and the new Privacy act. We ask for your patience when we try to obtain your information.
We accept cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment of any balance not covered by your insurance is required at the time of each service or appointment.
